How can I place an order?

Do you offer bulk orders?

Do you have any offer?
Take advantage of our Bundle Discounts! Get 3% off when you order 4 cookies, 5% off when you order 8 cookies, and 7% off when you order 12 cookies or more. The more you buy, the more you save!
How are the cookies packaged?
The Couch Cookies are delicious homemade chocolate cookies baked fresh to order. After baking, I allow them to cool to maintain their shape. Each cookie is then carefully packaged in eco-friendly, food-safe wrappers. These packages are placed in boxes filled with biodegradable shredded paper for protection. Finally, the boxes are handed over to PostNL for delivery, ensuring your fresh cookies arrive at your doorstep the very next day.
What is the delivery cost?
The delivery cost is usually €5.95. If you order more than 12 cookies, the delivery cost will be €6.95.
What is the delivery time?
Our cookies are freshly baked and shipped every Monday—be sure to place your order by Sunday!
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order from Zevenkamp, Rotterdam. Exact location will be communicated via email. Please select the “Pick-up” option at checkout and I will notify you when your order is ready.
How should I store my cookies?
Can’t finish the cookies in one go? No worries! You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Can I reheat the cookies?
For an extra treat, warm your chocolate cookies in the microwave at 600W for about a minute. This quick trick will give you warm, gooey cookies that are absolutely irresistible!
Are your cookies gluten-free or vegan?
Currently, there are no gluten-free or vegan options. However, I am working on expanding the product line to include these options in the future. Stay tuned!
What is the allergy information?
The Couch Cookies are made in a kitchen where nuts, dairy, and gluten are present. So, cross-contamination might happen. Detailed ingredients and allergy information can be found under the description of each cookie flavour.
Are the cookies safe for pets?
Unfortunately, no. While our cookies are filled with delicious, high-quality chocolate perfect for humans, they are not safe for dogs and cats. Please enjoy these treats yourself and keep them away from your furry friends.
