How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website by visiting the "Cookie Store" page. Simply select your desired flavour and quantity, and follow the checkout instructions. Do you want to make a special request? Contact us via info@thecouchcookies.com or fill in the Request a quote form.
What payment methods do you accept?
iDeal, Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 10 cookies per flavour. We offer the cookies in batches of 10.
Can I personalise the packaging?
We offer personalised stickers* if you order 50 cookies or more. *with an additional fee.
Do you have any offer?
Yes. We offer discounts if you order more than 20 cookies. 20 - 40 cookies: 5% discount. 50 - 70 cookies: 7% discount. 80 - 100 cookies: 9% discount. Over 100 cookies: 12% discount.
How are the cookies packaged?
The cookies are always made and baked fresh to order. After baking, they are allowed to cool to maintain their shape. Each cookie is then carefully packaged in food-safe wrappers. These packages are placed in boxes filled with biodegradable shredded paper for protection. Finally, the boxes are handed over to PostNL for delivery, ensuring your fresh cookies arrive at your doorstep on the date that you selected.
What is the delivery cost?
The delivery cost is usually €6.95.
What is the delivery time?
You can choose the delivery time yourself. It would take 3 - 7 days to process the order depending on how many cookies you buy.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order from Zevenkamp, Rotterdam. Exact location will be communicated via email. Please select the “Pick-up” option at checkout and I will notify you when your order is ready.
How should I store my cookies?
Can’t finish the cookies in one go? No worries! You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Can I reheat the cookies?
For an extra treat, warm your chocolate cookies in the microwave at 600W for about a minute. This quick trick will give you warm, gooey cookies that are absolutely irresistible!
Are your cookies gluten-free or vegan?
Currently, there are no gluten-free or vegan options. However, I am working on expanding the product line to include these options in the future. Stay tuned!
What is the allergy information?
The Couch Cookies are made in a kitchen where nuts, dairy, and gluten are present. So, cross-contamination might happen. Detailed ingredients and allergy information can be found under the description of each cookie flavour.
Are the cookies safe for pets?
Unfortunately, no. While our cookies are filled with delicious, high-quality chocolate perfect for humans, they are not safe for dogs and cats. Please enjoy these treats yourself and keep them away from your furry friends.
